We are seeking an innovative, organised and suitably skilled First Nations male to help deliver on our health promotion goals. With relevant experience in health promotion, you are open to learning new ways of doing things to deliver the best service to our communities.

You bring a passion for social justice and improving outcomes for First Nations Communities as well as being a self-starter who thinks systematically and thrives in an environment that is ambiguous and complex.

To be successful in this position, you need to be creative and flexible with the ability to engage and empower First Nations communities to identify their strengths and needs and to respond accordingly.

About the Role

This position is for a male identified First Nations person with a strong understanding of traditional and western health.

The Men's Health Promotion Officer will work closely with children, young people, elders and families to promote family health and wellbeing and create responses to population health needs with the local community.
