ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Regional Promotions Coordinator for the APAC region, you will be an integral part of Audible's Global Acquisition team.
Your primary focus will be to oversee and manage promotional initiatives across multiple APAC markets, aimed at attracting new customers and re-engaging previous members through strategic discounts during significant sales events.
Your responsibilities will include enhancing user journeys and experiences for all non-member audiences, from audience segmentation to the development of promotional templates and campaigns, as well as tracking and analyzing campaign effectiveness.
In your role as Regional Promotions Coordinator, you will...
- Take ownership of the acquisition and membership growth objectives for promotional initiatives in the APAC region.
- Oversee and manage promotional campaigns across APAC markets, leveraging various channels such as onsite, organic, CRM, and paid media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing channel leaders, creative teams, marketing operations, legal advisors, and regional profit and loss stakeholders to ensure an optimal customer experience throughout the campaign.
- Identify, document, and communicate any issues or challenges with clarity and urgency, working alongside international technical teams and regional partners for swift resolution.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing detailed updates to management regarding key performance indicators and overall campaign success.
