About the Role

The Australian Red Cross is seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist - Digital Acquisition to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic digital acquisition marketing campaigns to drive growth and engagement for our online presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage paid digital acquisition marketing campaigns across Meta and Google Ads to achieve robust traffic, engagement, and donation revenue targets.
  • Work with stakeholders to define and optimize the strategic paid performance media channel mix, campaign targeting, and segmentation to maximize campaign performance.
  • Manage a significant annual investment in channel spend, focusing on continuous optimization, results, and improved ROI.
  • Provide in-depth reporting, analysis, and presentations of campaign performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CVR, and ROI.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years' hands-on experience managing campaigns across performance marketing channels, such as paid social and paid search.
  • 2-4 years' experience developing performance marketing strategies for revenue and lead generation campaigns.
  • Significant experience with successfully planning, managing, and optimizing multiple digital campaigns in parallel.
  • Proven experience with tracking and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with developing and implementing advanced performance marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Experience managing larger budgets to drive revenue and acquisition targets.
  • Demonstrated success in translating data into actionable insights to identify growth opportunities.
