We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer - Mechanical Specialist to join our team at BHP Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply Reliability Centred Maintenance principles to drive defect elimination and improvement initiatives
  • Provide technical support to the fixed plant and field execution team
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business
  • Analyze performance metrics and benchmark performance across the site and other BHP businesses
  • Develop and optimize maintenance strategies to maximize plant safety, reliability, and performance
Requirements
  • Mechanical & Reliability industry experience in fixed plant or degree qualified in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
  • Ability to influence, engage, and communicate with stakeholders effectively across all levels of the business
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach to finding practical solutions
  • Ability to define and manage projects from conception to completion
