Job Title: Reliability Service Engineer

At Motion Asia Pacific, we are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Service Engineer to join our team in Queensland. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in supporting our branch networks across the region through sales and service collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and solve complex problems for our customers, ensuring their equipment runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to promote our product and service range, building strong relationships with our regional branch network.
  • Deliver product training to staff and customers, ensuring they have the necessary skills to operate our equipment effectively.
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities within existing customers, driving growth and revenue for the company.
  • Collect vibration data and use it to gain further sales and service opportunities, enhancing our customer relationships.
  • Report monthly on activity and actions, ensuring transparency and accountability within the team.
Requirements:
  • Mechanical Engineering qualification or currently studying is essential, with formal reliability qualifications a plus.
  • Experience in machinery maintenance, particularly in Bearings and Power Transmissions products, is highly regarded.
  • Strong influencing and planning skills, with the ability to identify and capture new business opportunities.
  • High energy and passion for collaboration, with a professional outlook and a commitment to excellence.
