Operations and Collections Manager

Clearmatch Originate Pty Ltd is a leading provider of insurance premium funding solutions, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations and Collections Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Client Service Delivery: Provide exceptional client service to our business customers, ensuring their financial needs are met and exceeded.
- Query Resolution: Ensure all client queries are resolved promptly and efficiently, escalating unresolved issues when necessary.
- Culture of Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance processes and procedures.
- Time Management: Manage competing deadlines and priorities effectively, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and projects.
- Team Oversight: Oversee the operations team, ensuring procedures are met and processes are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Arrears Management: Manage the arrears process, liaising with clients and internal staff to resolve issues and minimize risk.
- Invoice Verification: Verify that invoices are correct and received prior to approval and settlements.
- Experience: At least six years' experience in a senior operational role for commercial lending with collections experience.
- Qualifications: A relevant Bachelor's degree or post-graduate degree.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize a multifunctional workload effectively, and excellent communication skills.
