The Opportunity:
You will contribute to a variety of major infrastructure projects, industrial and commercial developments, while providing technical guidance to junior team members.
- Provide technical expertise for the structural team
- Apply engineering principles to solve complex problems
- Liaise with clients, design technicians, and other team members to deliver effective solutions
- Manage client relationships and prepare proposals
- Offer mentorship and guidance to junior team members
What you bring:
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in structural design
- Deep understanding of structural engineering design and Chartered Professional Engineer status or equivalent
- Bachelor of Civil/Structural Engineering or higher
- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to mentor and review documentation for junior members
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
