About the Opportunity

This role involves teaching and coordinating units in pharmacy practice within the undergraduate program. The ideal candidate will embrace contemporary teaching techniques and technology to enhance online and face-to-face education, especially in clinical and compounding contexts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and delivery of undergraduate courses in pharmacy practice
  • Provide high-quality online and face-to-face teaching, with a focus on continual improvement in teaching quality and student experience
  • Apply a scholarly approach to teaching and curriculum development, aligning with the University's quality standards
  • Develop and maintain effective links within the University, and with external disciplines, professions, industry, and the community
  • Undertake other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field or exceptional professional experience
  • Registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia, or eligibility for registration
  • Professional experience in pharmacy practice, especially pharmaceutical compounding
  • Clinical expertise in contemporary pharmacy practice and ability to contribute to discipline research
  • Experience teaching in workplace or university settings, including online, clinical, and face-to-face environments
