The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled SHEQ Systems Specialist to join our team at Veolia. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering continuous improvement of our Integrated Business Management Systems. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and provide support for our SHEQ Integrated Management Systems, ensuring Veolia optimizes SHEQ excellence and compliance, and meets the goals of business system Efficiency and Effectiveness.

What you'll be responsible for

* Implement and maintain the Integrated Business Management System
* Help with the development, continual improvement, stakeholder use, accuracy, simplification, and administration of the Veolia Integrated Business Management System
* Support the development, maintenance, and training of SHEQ Integrated Management Systems and tools to business stakeholders
* Facilitate/conduct relevant Integrated Management System compliance training
* Liaise with various stakeholders across the business to prepare and review SHEQ reporting data for quality, performance monitoring to determine improvement
* Provide tender and contract support
* Support and facilitate internal and external audits

What you'll need to be successful

* Experience in a quality or risk management related role, with experience in Integrated Management Systems and certification management
* Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, implementing, and reviewing core Integrated Business Management Systems and tools
* Preferred tertiary qualifications in a Quality, Safety, Environment, or Risk
