Position Overview
This is a permanent full-time position focused on enhancing the SHEQ Integrated Business Management Systems to deliver optimal experiences for both internal and external stakeholders. In this capacity, you will oversee and support the SHEQ Integrated Management Systems, ensuring that Veolia achieves excellence in SHEQ and compliance while striving for operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Your Responsibilities
- Establish and uphold the Integrated Business Management System
- Assist in the development, ongoing enhancement, stakeholder engagement, accuracy, simplification, and administration of the Veolia Integrated Business Management System
- Support the training and maintenance of SHEQ Integrated Management Systems and tools for business stakeholders
- Conduct relevant training sessions on Integrated Management System compliance
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to prepare and assess SHEQ reporting data for quality and performance monitoring to identify areas for improvement
- Provide support for tenders and contracts
- Facilitate internal and external audit processes
Qualifications for Success
- Experience in a quality or risk management role, with a background in Integrated Management Systems and certification management
- Proven experience in designing, developing, implementing, and reviewing core Integrated Business Management Systems and tools
- Preferred tertiary qualifications in Quality, Safety, Environment, or Risk
