Your Responsibilities

  • Establish and uphold the Integrated Business Management System
  • Assist in the development, ongoing enhancement, stakeholder engagement, accuracy, simplification, and administration of the Veolia Integrated Business Management System
  • Support the creation, maintenance, and training of SHEQ Integrated Management Systems and tools for business stakeholders
  • Conduct relevant training on Integrated Management System compliance
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to prepare and evaluate SHEQ reporting data for quality and performance monitoring to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide support for tenders and contracts
  • Facilitate both internal and external audits

Qualifications for Success

  • Experience in a quality or risk management role, with a background in Integrated Management Systems and certification management
  • Proven track record in designing, developing, implementing, and reviewing core Integrated Business Management Systems and tools
  • Preferred educational qualifications in Quality, Safety, Environment, or Risk
