Job Title: Creative Director – Country Road Apparel Lead

As a key member of the Country Road Group, the Creative Director – Country Road Apparel Lead will be responsible for driving the creative vision of the Country Road product range. This role will oversee the development of design concepts, ensuring they align with the brand's aesthetics and strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in design, with extensive experience in a leadership role across multiple product categories. They will be able to identify key trends and create and implement seasonal product vision, while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate the overall design vision of the Country Road product range
  • Oversee the development of design concepts and their accurate translation into complete and timely digital tech packs
  • Collaborate with Buyers, Designers, and Production teams to ensure designs meet creative vision and commercial objectives
  • Partner with brand leader, C&D and Marketing teams on translating the design vision into store, online and marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in design, or other related experience
  • 7-10 years of experience within Design, with extensive experience in a leadership role across multiple product categories
  • Ability to identify key trends and create and implement seasonal product vision
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
