Job Title: Venue Leader

We are seeking a charismatic leader to join our dynamic team as a Venue Leader. This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining a clean and efficient venue, and driving sales growth. As the face of our brand in this iconic location, you will lead by example and drive exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and maintain venue cleanliness standards, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Day-to-day inventory management and stock control, ensuring accurate reporting and optimal stock levels.
  • Lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) including Labour and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), ensuring effective budgeting and financial management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer satisfaction, and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in leadership or management, preferably in retail or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in managing teams, with a track record of developing and motivating staff to achieve excellent results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
