Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Venue Manager to join our team. As a Venue Manager, you will play a key role in leading high-performance teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Team Leadership: Build and develop high-performing teams with a strong focus on customer service excellence.
  • Business Development: Drive sales growth through effective recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  • Operational Excellence: Work closely with Venue Leaders to optimize key metrics including sales, COGs, labour, and profit & loss results.
  • Communication: Ensure seamless communication between venues and the Support Team.
  • New Venue Launch: Oversee the launch of new venues to ensure alignment with company standards.
  • Local Marketing: Identify and capitalize on local marketing opportunities in partnership with our Marketing Leader.
