About this role

We are seeking a skilled Venue Manager to lead our dual-branded Zone Bowling & Timezone venue in Braybrook. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily operations, technical functions, and guest experience.

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a valid Working with Children Check certification and a current First Aid & CPR Certificate. You should have experience in retail, hospitality, or entertainment venues and be a natural leader who brings energy, innovation, and drive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Lead and motivate a team through effective roster planning, training, and mentoring.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and revenue growth.
