Seeking a seasoned Project Manager for multifamily construction projects. This role will oversee project execution, manage day-to-day activities on-site, and coordinate with stakeholders.

This individual will lead renovation of historic properties, ensuring compliance with preservation standards and project timelines.

The successful candidate will effectively manage project budgets, negotiate contracts, and track project costs.

Detailed project scheduling experience is essential, along with ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field required, or equivalent work experience.

Travel to job sites across the Southeastern U.S. may be necessary.
