Job Title:

HSE Risk and Compliance Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HSE professional to join our team as a Risk and Compliance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective implementation, monitoring and review of our HSE Management Plan across multiple sites in South Australia and Western Australia.

You will coordinate daily HSE functions and ensure compliance with all ISS and client HSE policies, plans, procedures and statutory requirements. This includes ensuring the safety of ISS employees and subcontractors responsible for service delivery.

The successful candidate will champion inclusion and belonging across our workforce by offering support and mentoring programs. They will also provide strategic and tactical HSE advice to the Ky Account Director and contract management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and monitor the contract HSE Management Plan and audit program to test its effectiveness
  • Promote and ensure compliance with ISS and client HSE management policy/procedures
  • Collaborate with the Key Account Director and HSE team to ensure the contract HSE Risk Register is a living document
  • Lead the in-contract HSE Team and collaborate closely with the client HSE team
  • Manage incident investigation and reporting, including analysis of incident trends
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of HSE key performance indicator data

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated senior experience in a HSE Management role
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in WHS/OHS
  • iCAM Lead Investigator
