About the Role- We seek an experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager to lead our safety and environmental initiatives across diverse and high-profile projects.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE systems, policies, and procedures.
- Provide expert advice and support to project teams throughout tender, design, and delivery phases.
- Lead safety training, site inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with WHS legislation and company objectives.
- Manage incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
- Represent Mossop at industry forums and regulatory audits.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental management.
- Tertiary qualifications in Health, Safety & Environment or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' HSE management experience in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, codes of practice, and industry standards.
- Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to influence positive safety behaviors.
