Project HR Representative Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project HR Representative to join our team in Perth, Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and self-motivated individual who is passionate about Human Resources and wants to contribute to our growing organisation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implement Human Resources policies, procedures and programs.
  2. Set up new Studies and Projects in Smart Staff, Talentworks and SAP systems.
  3. Provide wide-ranging advice and counsel to Project line and Regional Functional Management on Human Resources policies.
  4. Develop and review Project Procedures (e.g. Onboarding, Staffing, Business Travel).
  5. Work with different groups to support studies and projects staffing processes.
  6. Active participation in project staffing processes and meetings.
  7. Monitor compliance with Smart Staff staffing activities.
  8. Develop and conduct programs and/or seminars responsive to the organisation's needs.
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or similar discipline with solid previous HR work experience.
  • Previous experience in EPC or EPCM projects as a Project HR Lead.
  • Knowledge of and experience working within the Australian Employment Law context.
  • Experience working collaboratively with several Human Resources groups.
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in the preparation and presentation of oral and written reports for management.
  • Ability to support a variety of customers and stakeholders across the business.
  • Availability to travel to job sites as needed.
Additional Requirements
  • The ideal candidate will have Right to Work in Australia without employer sponsorship.
