Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement learning and development standards across our operations.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs.
  • Design and deliver training content, including regional leadership programs and localized initiatives.
  • Build strategic relationships with senior leaders to drive continuous improvement and engagement in learning and development.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with training standards and regulations.
  • Provide expert advice to the location HR Manager on learning and development matters.
What You Can Bring
  • Relevant degree or postgraduate qualification in learning and development.
  • Certification in Workplace Assessment and Training (Cert IV).
  • Proven experience in learning and development, particularly in mining or heavy industry environments.
