Job Description:

The role of a Strategic Curriculum Leader is pivotal in driving the success and implementation of educational initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with network stakeholders to prioritize centre needs and contribute innovatively to curriculum development.

You will be responsible for proactively leading and supporting the achievement of broader strategic objectives and projects, as well as the successful implementation and communication of these initiatives throughout our network.

Your contributions will directly impact the quality improvement in both programs and practices. You will also have the opportunity to develop support tools and resources for centre teams, as well as establishing partnerships with other business functions where relevant.

  • Lead and contribute to the development of strategic direction and priorities through collaborative partnerships.
  • Drive Guardian initiatives by providing support for centre teams through in-centre visits, mentoring, role-modelling, guidance and empowering teams to build their capacity.
  • Contribute to delivering professional learning and support for centre teams which drive improvements in pedagogical practice through centre ownership and autonomy.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to lead and inspire a network of Educational Leaders through meeting rhythms, in-centre support, advocacy and practical strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Foster collaborative relationships with network stakeholders to identify and address centre needs.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organisational objectives.
  3. Provide expert guidance and mentorship to centre teams to enhance their capacity and capability.
  4. Design and deliver high-quality training and development programs to support centre teams.
