Placement Director Role

We are seeking a senior professional to manage placement requirements for clients and develop new markets and products. This role involves advising clients on the best access points for key insurers, balancing placements between markets to achieve sustainability and optimum pricing, and driving broking strategy in collaboration with client relationship directors and advocates.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing complex client relationships and developing strategic plans to meet their needs.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify market opportunities and drive growth.
  • Developing and implementing innovative solutions to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Providing expert advice on property and casualty risks to clients and identifying potential business opportunities.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Strong market advocacy skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and carriers.
  • Considerable experience in property and casualty broking and servicing of complex clients, supported by relevant qualifications and commercial acumen.
  • Deep knowledge of property and casualty products and classes, enabling delivery of exceptional service.
  • Leadership and ownership qualities, with ability to drive strategy and collaborate with team members.
  • Strong technical and analytical capabilities, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive business growth through innovation and collaboration.
