Job Description:

As a Fieldwork Placement Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of fieldwork placements for students in the Community Services program. This role is crucial for ensuring that students gain high-quality practical experience and meet academic and professional accreditation standards.

You will collaborate with the EDU Work Placement Team and industry partners to manage relationships and arrange student placements in both government and non-government agencies. As the primary academic contact for fieldwork on your campus, you will provide expert advice on placement development and supervision and oversee the work of Academic Liaison Visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing all aspects of community services field placements
  • Providing support and guidance to students, agency supervisors, and host organizations throughout the placement process

  • Designing and delivering preparation workshops for students and recruiting, training, and supporting Academic Liaison Visitors
