Compassionate Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our residential aged care team.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, utilizing a person-centred approach that prioritizes their individual needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct clinical nursing care to residents with empathy and compassion
- Act as a Team Leader, guiding the personal care team through coaching and supervision
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures
- A compassionate heart and genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to the elderly
- Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification
- In-depth understanding of Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
- Demonstrated ability to assess and manage AN-ACC requirements
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of age-related health issues
- Effective coaching and training skills
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills, with high emotional intelligence
- Competent IT skills and a willingness to learn new technologies
- Ability to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
