We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional care to residents in a residential aged care setting.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, adhering to best practice procedures and ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Lead the personal care team by example, providing coaching and supervision to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Maintain a safe working environment through vigilant adherence to policies and procedures.
About You:
- You possess a kind heart and genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to the elderly, making you an ideal candidate for this role.
- You hold current AHPRA registration with a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification, aligning with our organization's standards.
- You have a thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards, which will enable you to make informed decisions and provide top-notch care.
