Case Manager

We are seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our team at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT). As an APS6 Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end case activities, including AAT applications and access decisions, with oversight from line managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex AAT matters, applying alternative dispute resolution methods and advocating for early resolution.
- Attend AAT Case Conferences, Conciliations, and Hearings, and prepare detailed documents outlining resolution options and outcomes.
- Assess risks, maintain electronic records, and ensure decisions are supported by evidence while aligning with the model litigant principles.
Requirements:
- Australian Citizenship
- Legal experience
