- Contribute to the continuous improvement process of learning and delivery from a design and overall content perspective.
- Stay up-to-date with global best practice design, focusing on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between business strategy and learning priorities.
- Advanced skill level in Articulate authoring tools and emerging learning technologies.
- Advanced instructional design experience, encompassing solution architecture, storyboarding, and content development for a wide range of learning experiences.
- Proven graphic design experience, including the creation of visually engaging learning materials, infographics, and multimedia assets.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and developing digital learning solutions and programs following an agile methodology.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including an ability to build and manage relationships.
