We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Experience Designer to join our team at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. As a Learning Experience Designer, you will play a crucial role in transforming how we build skills and grow careers by ensuring the design and development of high-quality, impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Learning Partners, Subject Matter Experts, and stakeholders to provide guidance on industry design best practice and optimal solution design.
  • Design, create, and develop blended learning solutions, including facilitator-led sessions, webinars, online modules, and performance support artefacts.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement process of learning and delivery from a design and overall content perspective.
  • Stay up-to-date with global best practice design, focusing on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between business strategy and learning priorities.
Requirements
  • Advanced skill level in Articulate authoring tools and emerging learning technologies.
  • Advanced instructional design experience, encompassing solution architecture, storyboarding, and content development for a wide range of learning experiences.
  • Proven graphic design experience, including the creation of visually engaging learning materials, infographics, and multimedia assets.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and developing digital learning solutions and programs following an agile methodology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including an ability to build and manage relationships.
