We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our Real Estate team at Marsh Pty Ltd. This role will be based in the Brisbane - CBD office, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.

This is a hybrid position that involves managing and developing business within our Real Estate team, working closely with senior managers to ensure high-quality client service and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and conducting sales calls and presentations, maintaining a large portfolio of potential accounts and a high frequency of sales work.
  • Utilizing existing networks, account leads, and targeted research to gain business or interest from small, straightforward potential accounts in a delegated region or industry.
  • Assisting senior-level colleagues specialising in various markets and/or industries with deal process aspects to gain broad exposure, new relationships, and relevant experience.
  • Maintaining awareness of market developments, including competitors' positioning and business contract status, to identify potential opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated sales experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships at all levels.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in CRM systems.
  • A valid driver's license and own vehicle.

This role offers:
