Manager Injury Prevention

The role involves proactive early intervention after an injury to achieve optimal outcomes. The specialist will work in partnership with leaders, HR business partners, and the safety team to maintain and enhance frameworks, systems, and processes.
Main Responsibilities- Maintain a framework that optimises end-to-end injury management;
- Analyse trends and understand critical areas of the business;
- Coach and mentor leaders on rehabilitation and case management skills;
- Achieve effective return to work rates and influence claims costs;
- Liaise with external stakeholders including WorkCover & Allied Health Professionals;
- Relevant qualifications in occupational health and/or safety;
- Proven experience in managing complex and long-standing claims;
- Strong influencer with excellent stakeholder engagement skills;
- A hands-on approach with ability to liaise with all levels and external stakeholders;
- National portfolio experience and understanding of different state legislations;
