Strategic Injury Prevention Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement effective injury management strategies with a range of stakeholders, including employers, medical practitioners, and allied health professionals.
- Develop and monitor injured workers' rehabilitation and return to work plans
- Assist employers in developing and monitoring return to work programs
- Provide advice on injury prevention and occupational rehabilitation
- Liaise and consult with claims staff, medical practitioners, allied health professionals, and employers
- Conduct worksite assessments and training if relevant and practicable
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert advice on injury prevention and occupational rehabilitation
- Developing and implementing effective return to work programs
- Liaising with medical practitioners, allied health professionals, and employers to ensure seamless communication
Key skills and qualifications required for this role include:
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to demonstrate an understanding of relevant sections of the Act and Regulation
- Decision-making skills using well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
