Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to become a valued member of our dynamic Reservations team at AccorHotel in Sydney Olympic Park.

We are seeking experienced and customer-focused Reservations Sales Agents who can provide exceptional service to our guests.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and processing guest reservations with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicating effectively with our guests via phone, email and other channels.
  • Providing professional and friendly service that consistently exceeds expectations.
  • Recommending property facilities and assisting guests with information and special requests.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • A genuine desire to deliver outstanding service and exceed guest expectations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in a similar or customer-facing role is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Opera Cloud, Sevenrooms and RESAweb would be an asset.
