About the Role:

This Accounts Receivable Specialist position is a key role within our team, responsible for managing service agents' AR and AP ledgers, collections, reconciliations, and credits. You will work 4 days in our Sydney Olympic Park Office and 1 day from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect outstanding debts
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage AR and AP ledgers for service agents
  • Process monthly contra transactions for payment deadlines
  • Ensure timely collections to meet monthly targets
  • Oversee reconciliation processes with BPO for customer accounts
  • Monitor credit limits, collaborate on credit decisions, and address claims
  • Liaise with the customer service team to resolve customer queries

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in AR and Credit roles
  • Proficient in customer service and collection practices, including legal recovery
  • Result-oriented with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • SAP experience is preferred
  • Demonstrate commitment, adaptability, integrity, and enthusiasm
