Community Independence Support Specialist

About this role:
As a community support worker, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Your primary goal will be to assist them in maintaining their independence within their community.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting residents with domestic duties, personal care, and transport.
- Administering medication according to guidelines.
- Complying with workplace health and safety requirements, performance standards, and customer service quality standards.
