About the Role:

The Career Advancement Representative is a key role in supporting our Relationship Management team. As an integral part of our sales operations, you will work closely with Relationship Managers to drive customer engagement and account growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify upsell opportunities for premium solutions like Lexis+ AI.
  • Assess customer usage and engagement to support account retention efforts.
  • Proactively promote LexisNexis products to existing customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and activity records in CRM systems.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets contributing to team revenue goals.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in sales or marketing preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in customer service or sales with a proven track record of meeting quotas.
  • CRM experience and ability to manage customer data effectively.
