Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive business growth and propel our company forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing sales strategies, and representing the company at industry events.

This role requires a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a high level of motivation and initiative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise, government, commercial property, industrial, manufacturing, ports, emergency, and healthcare sectors.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance business growth and expand our client base.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing our expertise and building relationships with potential clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to inform our sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Cultivate strong communications skills to effectively engage with CIOs, CTOs, and COOs in customer organisations, fostering long-term partnerships and driving revenue growth.
Requirements
  • A degree in Business, Engineering, or Communications.
  • At least 10 years of solution selling experience with demonstrated wins.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A high level of motivation and initiative.
