Senior Sales Development Representative

The role of Senior Sales Development Representative is pivotal in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. This position focuses on driving high-volume outreach, utilising advanced generative and agentic AI tools to engage with prospective buyers and deliver quality meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceed activity targets, pipeline growth metrics, monthly KPIs, and revenue goals through consistent effort and strategic planning.
  • Qualify potential customers using the BANT framework, uncovering their business problems and pain points to inform sales strategies.
  • Utilise outbound prospecting efforts to initiate conversations and create opportunities, leveraging AI tools to scale outreach efforts efficiently.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of products and industry trends to effectively communicate with prospects and drive sales.
  • Assess, clarify, and confirm prospect needs at every stage of the lead qualification process to ensure alignment and maximise value.

Required Skills and Expertise:

  • Proven sales development experience with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Confident use of the BANT framework to qualify prospects and articulate value to key decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and agentic AI systems, with experience in using them within a sales development context highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Highly organised with exceptional time management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A proactive self-starter, driven to learn and grow within a world-leading software solutions company.
