Job Role: Trainer and Assessor

  • Engage with industry partners to maintain relevant knowledge and expertise.
  • Comply with organizational policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

- Hold the relevant qualifications (TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent) and possess current industry experience.

- Possess extensive knowledge and experience in the aged and disability care sectors.

- Be able to support the development and validation of learning and assessment resources.

- Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills.
