Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential and existing clients, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT services aligned with customer needs and expectations.

  • This role will have a focus on going after new business within the commercial and enterprise space.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful business development strategies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of the company's products, services, and value propositions.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategies to meet business growth targets, including identifying new clients, upselling existing clients, and expanding service offerings.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.
  • Working closely with operational teams, including service delivery, technical experts, and support teams, to ensure seamless execution of services and solutions that meet client requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications in IT, Business Management or proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT industry.
  • Previous experience with an IT reseller or managed services provider, with an established network of customers and vendors.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • A proven track record in developing and executing successful business development strategies.
  • Solid experience leading and managing diverse operational support teams.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
