About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and business-minded individual to join our team as a Business Development Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving growth and building strong relationships with clients.
Job Description
As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing business strategies that drive revenue growth and client satisfaction. You will work closely with our national and state practice group heads to develop and maintain a group strategy and implement it with our partners.
You will be responsible for delivering business development and profile building advice to marketing team members and partners, identifying client opportunities and pursuing them through compelling and commercial responses. You will also attend pitch debriefs and client listening sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement key lessons.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies that drive revenue growth and client satisfaction
- Work closely with national and state practice group heads to develop and maintain a group strategy
- Deliver business development and profile building advice to marketing team members and partners
- Identify client opportunities and pursue them through compelling and commercial responses
- Attend pitch debriefs and client listening sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement key lessons
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in marketing, business, communications, law or other related discipline
- Several years of transferrable experience in business development and client relationship management
- Excellent written skills, ability to influence and strategize, sharp eye for detail and ability to work well autonomously
- Great teamwork and collaboration skills
