In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and coaching three Team Leaders to drive operational excellence, process improvement, and strategic oversight. You will also collaborate closely with Sales, PMO, Distribution Centre, Kit Room, and Ops teams to drive outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive operational improvement, challenge current processes, streamline service delivery, and lead change initiatives.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally, work closely with Sales, PMO, Distribution Centre, Kit Room, and Ops to drive outcomes.
