Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute holistic marketing communications programs for a portfolio of CooperVision and customer brand products and services in ANZ.
  • Liaise with senior management and HR to craft and disseminate internal messages aligned with corporate values, goals, and objectives.
  • Manage agency relationships, including pitch process, agency selection, contract development, and performance measurement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on brand strategy and objectives.
  • Analyse and report on key performance metrics that demonstrate the contribution of communication initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Marketing and Communications role.
  • Experience working in a B2B2C environment, preferably in the vision care category.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, ability to manage and influence diverse teams.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills, with copywriting experience essential.
  • Experience managing and measuring agencies, digital content management systems, and CRM/marketing automation platforms desirable.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
