Unlock your potential by taking on a challenging role as a Dayforce Database Administrator. We are seeking an experienced DBA to support, optimise and maintain Dayforce systems within a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Administer, maintain and optimise Dayforce databases to ensure high availability, reliability and performance
  • Ensure data integrity, security and compliance within Dayforce systems
  • Collaborate with IT teams to support business-critical processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database issues efficiently
  • Manage upgrades, patches and system configurations as required
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Dayforce DBA or strong DBA with Dayforce knowledge
  • Strong understanding of SQL databases, database administration and performance tuning
  • Previous exposure to corporate environments highly desirable
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
  • Effective communication skills, able to liaise with technical stakeholders
