We are currently seeking a qualified and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Club Service Attendant.

Job Overview:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet all customers and project a positive image to guests and staff.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Provide efficient and accurate service of food and beverage items to customers in bar areas and/or functions.
  • Gaming Services: Manage gaming services, as per club standards.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately reconcile floats and handle cash transactions.
Essential Criteria:
  • Experience: Previous experience working in a similar environment is highly desirable.
  • Certifications: Must have RSA and RCG qualifications.
  • Availability: Ability to work a rotating roster across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Skillset: Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to create and maintain relationships.
  • Efficiency: Efficient cash handling skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
