The Lakemba Club has a long-standing history of community engagement and creating memorable experiences for its members and guests.

We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Club Attendant to join our team on a casual basis.

**About the Role**

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive environment with ongoing training and development to extend your knowledge and skills within the hospitality industry.

In this role, you will be required to undertake the following duties:

- Providing an exceptional customer service experience to our patrons and guests
- Processing and delivering orders via tray and bar service
- Greeting and welcoming guests to the Club
- Assisting patron inquiries and providing accurate information on club activities
- Preparing food and beverages within the cafe
- Maintaining general cleanliness of the Club and smoking areas.

**About you**

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused **Club Attendant** to join our talented and friendly team and ensure an exceptional level of customer service is offered to our members and guests.

**To be successful in this role you need to have**:

- Previous Cafe experience
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
- Outstanding communication skills
- Exceptional grooming and presentation
- Flexibility to work a rotating 24-hour, 7-day roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Current NSW RSA & RCG Competency Card (essential)
- Full Australian working rights.
