About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Bar - Gaming & Bistro Staff to join the team at Altona Sports Club. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests in our bar and gaming areas. The position is based in Altona, VIC.

What you'll be doing

  • Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assisting with the preparation and set-up of functions and events
  • Delivering high-quality customer service to members and guests
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the bar and gaming areas
  • Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures and liquor licensing laws
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Familiarity with the responsible service of alcohol
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work
