**Job Overview**
We are looking for a passionate educator to join our team as a Primary Teacher at our school. Located in Cairns, our institution caters to students from Prep to Year 12, providing opportunities and pathways for tertiary education and vocational programs.
**About the School**
Our school offers separate boarding facilities for secondary students and aims to remove barriers to education for First Nations people. We seek an educator who is committed to shaping the lives of our students and has an active interest in motivating them.
**Job Responsibilities**
The successful candidate will be responsible for demonstrating high pedagogical standards and communicating these effectively to students. They will also perform responsibilities of a classroom teacher within Queensland, staying up-to-date with teaching standards and participating in professional development.
**Requirements**
To be eligible, candidates must have QCT registration or be able to obtain it prior to commencement. They should also have full work rights in Australia and be available for a term start. Providing three professional references from their most recent employer is also a requirement. Proven ability to teach their specialist teaching area is essential.
**Estimated Salary:** $70,000 - $90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
