About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our participants receive a comprehensive range of support services, including personal care, domestic activities, transportation, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support with showering, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with domestic activities such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Transport participants to medical appointments and grocery shopping
- Attend social and leisure activities with participants
- Support participants with the use of personal equipment and aids
- Monitor participant well-being and report on progress
- Current knowledge of the Disability Sector

- Previous experience supporting clients with daily routines
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Experience in delivering excellent customer service
