Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team in Capital Markets. As a key member of the Commodities and Global Markets technology team, you will collaborate with technologists responsible for developing and maintaining critical applications that support dataflows for downstream consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize existing systems and data platforms to ensure reliable data delivery to downstream processes.
  • Analyze and resolve BAU issues to maintain system stability and performance, while collaborating with stakeholders to understand and document change requests, business requirements, and integration specifications.
  • Perform data analysis to map, source, and validate inputs, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst within the Financial Services sector, particularly in Capital Markets.
  • Proven expertise in data-focused roles, including data lineage, data analysis, and data flows.
  • Solid understanding of front-to-back system flows and product lifecycles.
  • Proficiency in SQL is highly regarded.
  • Experience in Finance or Risk domains is valuable.
  • A background as a developer or the ability to read C++/Java/Python code will be advantageous.
