Portfolio Reporting Specialist

This role combines analytical capabilities, administrative precision, and stakeholder coordination to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution of ITS initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • PPM Tool Management: Develop and deliver training programs on the effective use of Zeno for various user groups (e.g., project managers, strategic advisors, portfolio managers)
  • Reporting and Analysis: Design, generate, and distribute comprehensive reports from Zeno, providing actionable insights into portfolio performance, project status, resource utilisation, and financials
  • Governance Coordination: Facilitate governance forums to support informed decision-making and accountability
