Job Title: Enterprise Insights Manager

The Enterprise Insights Manager leads the provision of strategic insights and analysis for Solar Victoria's programs, gathering and analysing customer feedback through the Voice of Customer Program, and providing program modelling and forecasting activities. They also contribute to corporate reporting activities and other organisational and program reporting functions as required.

Leveraging a range of internal and external data points, the Enterprise Insights Manager works closely with colleagues across the organisation to improve the timeliness of reporting and to uplift the quality of insights to support Solar Victoria's Leadership team in making informed decisions that are data-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic insights and analysis for Solar Victoria's programs.
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback through the Voice of Customer Program.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues across the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in analytics, business intelligence or business analysis disciplines.
  • Senior level experience in providing reports and briefs of a strategic and tactical nature.
